@MKBarca Different kinds/amounts of airflow, size of builddeck/chamber, types of juiceflow make me use different kinds of builds.

Some tanks with side airflow need high positioned coils, some tanks with bottom airflow need coils closeby, some don't. Some types of airflow can't accomodate too much mass in your coils or too much power. Some tanks do need large IDs but not a lot of mass. Many tanks need their own specific kind of wicking. Etc etc..

Every new tank takes me at least several builds to get it right.

You hear people saying sometimes that different types of builds are required for certain tanks. I’ve never believed that but I’ve reduced my coil size to a 2mm in the new Lite and it is definitely the best flavour I’ve gotten from this tank yet.

28 gauge Kanthal
10 wraps on a 2mm bit.

Comes out to about 1.45 ohms and 12 watts is doing the job very nicely.
I kind of agree because most of my tanks are similar. Every rta I use are all bottom air and have similar decks and chimneys, so all work just as good with one build. I use 26g , 6 wraps with 2.3 or 2.7 mm coils in every rta I vape . Now I have tried other builds and had slightly different results, but I have settled on one particular. Perhaps if your a multi vapor, like you do mtl rtas with tight draw in morning, then vape a different type of rta at lunch (perhaps a sub ohm dtl rta) then vape a big dripper tank at night, those are all kind of different and require different builds etc....although all my rtas are set up equally in terms of coil, the wicking techniques are slightly different in certain rtas, some require less rayon, while some require a bit more.

A few or four Doc?

I honestly am not sure, I am thinking at least 2-22's & 2-24's. I really can only use the 24's on my Dani Mini's, so I might get more 22's over time.

That might change though, because I really want more Dani Minis. :|

I saw that at dicodes-usa and am strongly considering getting one. Before I order one I need to have my nKFL in hand. Waiting on my 22mm batch 2 nKFL to get here with the accessories I ordered. Dicodes-usa said on 30 May the second batch of pre-order for the Kayfun [lite] 22mm will be shipped by June 10th. Soon I guess...who knows.

IDK .. no worse than waiting on stuff from China. Well maybe. :?:

Anyone know if this batch is shipping with the 'new' air adjustment screw?

I don't know for sure but since SM was sending them out free of charge I would expect the longer A/F screws installed.
