That's a good price. For the DSE901 atomizer users in case you don't know these batteries are 280mah which works out to be over 50% longer battery life compared to the 180mah of a DSE901 battery. I use them with my DSE901 atomizers whenever I leave the house for shopping or errands because I know I won't run out of battery while I'm out.
Nope. a 901 atomizer will screw right onto a KR808D-1 battery. No adapter nothing needed. You do need an adapter for the other way, a KR808D-1 cartomizer on a DSE901 battery. That's because 901 atomizers have a hole in the side for air to draw but the cartomizer gets the air for its draw from holes in the threads on the KR808D-1 battery and there aren't any on a 901 battery.

Although not listed on the site, I do have black automatic batteries in stock as well. If you need black, just order the white auto battery and make a note that you want a black battery in the order comments.
