When looking at any one juice, it will say:

Availability

In Stock: ie 25

How is this determined? Is it 25, 10ml bottles or 25, 30ml bottles?

Good question Don answered it once but I dont recall his exact calculation.

I believe it's a "loose" number Don puts out there. It is done in hopes to throttle down on the orders he gets hit with.
BTW.... I'm not sure if you are really planning on hording 25 bottles of something but just in case, please don't. There are a bunch of folks out there that NEED some juice. Also, during a mad rush like Don's probably going through right now, it's not a good idea. He might take names. LOL
Anywho.... I would just order the amount you need to carry you for awhile and not worry about the Qty. of 25 thing. I'm still waiting for him to offer Casa in a gallon jug size.

Yeah, even though it might be more "bulk order" than Don wishes to carry, 100ml bottles would be incredible...I have also wondered how the stock was determined, but then again if it shows in stock then I'm not really concerned with how many are left (unless its a mad rush).

doing my best to recall how Don explained that. I believe he uses an estimation of how many units he can make, and one unit is one 30ml bottle of the juice. I believe that is how he does it, but i've been wrong before and I would say the odds of my being wrong again are probably fairly high.

Oooooh 100ml of 555 Exotic! That would be nice! I usually just order 30 mls at a time so everybody gets a chance to get some. If I get about halfway through a favorite juice I'll normally order another 30mls to steep.

Yeah exactly, it'd be nice for customers who managed to actually get one, but that would deplete Don's stock of juices quite a bit faster if 100ml became the new largest bottle.

I would say that Phorbin summed up the answer...
Orders are watched so that it is fair to all...including the amount of orders one individual places in a certain amount of time...we have to do this to allow others to get juices rather than the same people ordering multiple times & hoarding the juices, Don has a system that allows him to closely monitor this kind of bulking up by certain customers.

So, what's reasonable? Is 3 30ml bottles of a particular flavor ok? 4? 5? I ordered 3 of my favorite flavor, and the reason was the counter said there were 50 available. Should I have ordered less? My thought was to try and get a month's supply in one shot-not to be greedy.

Sure thats reasonable(2-3 bottles), unless someone puts an order like that in say...3 times in a week time for example....

Then again, i'm not sure how many ml's i'll vape a day on this thing once I have 90ml available instead of the 15ml I was holding on to during the vacation. Kind of like when I was a smoker and i'd buy 3 cartons...i always seemed to smoke more...
