Avatar? How?

I keep browsing the customize profile page looking for the option to load up an avatar and give up after a while. Can somebody point me in the right direction? thankity thanks

Go to Settings (top of the page, right next to My Profile)
After clicking on Settings, there will be a list on the left hand side of the page
Click on Edit my Avatar
Use that to find the picture on your computer
Upload
Make sure you SAVE your changes.
