I think it's unfortunate as with so much hype, there's bound to be huge disappointment. AVE makes good juice, no doubt. But the fanfare surrounding their juice is nothing short of fanatical, not just simple adoration.

I agree. While I do like their juice and I would love to get more I don't think it's the best you can get. I still like Ms. T's and Vixen Vapors (Tiger's Blood) better.

We are about ready to open our new website so I would like to take this time to run you through a few of the changes you'll find when you visit our new home on the web.
Catalog mode - This will allow the website to remain available even while we are offline due to order capacity. Users will now be able to set up an order via the "wish list" that can easily be sent through for a purchase once we open.
Age Verification - We will continue to have our splash screen with age verification but we are also re-adding age verification to user accounts.
New Layout - Our new website will support a sensible order flow to make purchasing easier.

I've been obsessing over trying some "Boba's Bounty" ever since learning of this legendary flavor a month ago.
I finally see the site for the first time this evening, quickly created an account.... and I can't order anything! It's all "contact us."

Okay, now it won't take my token for lost password......when I enter my email (I've had an account there since july of 2012) it says:
Error: The Email Address was not found in our records; please try again
really, this is a lot of errors for just trying to sign into a website. i will try in the am. A family member vapes AVE so I have to order something for them.
see my post above, I'm pretty sure they are just doing server testing, so the website is "up" but not really "open". Hope that makes sense, since all I get is the "contact us" link as well, and no actual way to order.
also, make sure when you do order in the a.m. to be signed in.
Thanks... I think the problem is that they're on the West Coast, and I typically do my work over night, so I'm falling asleep around 10AM here in the Midwest and missing their brief opening (unless they're up and at it as early as 8AM there.)
I dunno, Alien Visions is really becoming a company too frustrating to bother with. Now that I'm comfortably off of cigarettes, and have settled on a truly delicious and satisfying DIY ADV "sweet" tobacco; I'm finding the excitement/enthusiasm that comes along with being a new vaper, and the "mystique" of chasing after a taste of "Boba's" is wearing off rapidly.
My balloon of curiosity for Alien Visions is almost completely deflated. Really, I can't think of any reason why I'd obsess over obtaining anything like Boba's Bounty other than I'm like most vapers who switched over from smoking. We're all former "addicts" of cigarettes and exhibit an over-compensation with addictive behavior in "obtaining things" until we settle into our new vaping lifestyle and act more "reasonably."

site is up but not "Order Active" at this time this morning.at least I registered....gonna go peruse the flavors again so I am ready to order.
The hoops you have to go through to order from AVE is absolutely ridiculous. Granted, BB, GJ and a few others are good juices but definitely not worth the hassle. There is definitely comparable and even better stuff out there. To me its just not worth it. I rather spend my money where I know I can get the products whenever I want.

Well, you know the saying about taste being subjective and that's all good and true, so all I can do is tell you my take on things.
I got my order in last week and received my Boba's, Gorilla Juice, and Hype on this past Monday. I didn't touch it Monday (let it all steep with caps off overnight and re-capped in the morning, shaking vigorously afterward) and filled 3 new T3's with each flavor when I got home from work on Tuesday...since then I've vaped through about 10 ml. of each flavor. Now again, flavor and taste is subjective but this stuff is just plain old GOOD. It's not "OMG, this is the best stuff!" good, but it's also not "Meh, it's pretty good" good. It's right in the middle of that (to me). It's an almost mindlessly good flavor (from all three) that just keeps you picking it up and vaping it without thinking or questioning it. I can definitely see the appeal - or crazed obsession if you will - with this juice, particularly the BB. The flavors are not muted but they're also not overpowering. The sweetness is satisfying without being cloying. The tobacco flavor is present (regarding the BB and GJ) but not predominant. Everything melds together in perfect harmony. It's just that kind of good vape that is sure to vie for position in your rotation as an ADV. All three are with me at all times now - these are my go to vapes. I bring a couple others along in case I feel the desire to change up, but so far all this week I haven't really wanted to change up.
All three are flavors that I will certainly try my best to never be without.
I did try some GJ and it was good. As Im looking for a nice tobacco I will give BB a try. I dont agree with their business practice at this time but theres enough good juice out there that I really dont care and I can wait.
