What is the average of MTL puff volume vs DTL puff volume?
I am asking about average...
Lets say 50 ml, long mtl or long dtl?

Perhaps you missed my comment....you think I'm a hack? There is no extensive study on this so there's no scientific data available to my knowledge. Maybe such data exists somewhere but someone would have to invest time and search for it.
Since obviously nobody who answered in this thread did any experiment regarding your question I'd think it's only natural for you to then do a simple experiment yourself - you're the one interested in an answer.
If there's someone in this forum who maybe knows a little about this I'd think it's @mikepetro

Mike, I'm not trying to step on your toes, here....but I already posted exact numbers achieved from completely scewed data. Your post is appreciated, yet, redundant. The average MTL hit, pretty much the standard adopted by the scientific community, is ~50ml which is then diluted with fresh air to achieve a "tidal volume" of 500ml.
DTL is a bit harder to estimate as is has a lot to do with lung capacity, CFM rate, and style of the individual. There is a lot more variability from person to person.
When I measured mine, the average over 5 DTL hits was 427ml. But thats me, my style of DTL, my lung capacity (I am a big guy), my CFM rate of draw.

Now, THAT, I can get on board with!
Um everyone takes different length puffs, uses slightly different equipment, juice, resistance of coil, there is NO standardized comparison of MTL and DL and the volume of the vapor you will get with one inhale.
I can't figure out what benefit it would even be? If you are moving to DL vs MTL and vice versa, just experiment until you get the right nicotine level for you (if this is at all what this post is searching to find out, etc.)

There are some studies that measure toxins per puff volume...Um everyone takes different length puffs, uses slightly different equipment, juice, resistance of coil, there is NO standardized comparison of MTL and DL and the volume of the vapor you will get with one inhale.

You will find that the most credible of those studies will measure toxins per ml of juice consumed. They arent usually talking about the volume of vapor. My
