Just curious to find out how long it took most folks to get off analogs?

I know each person is different and there are tons of variables, however, there has to be some timeline that most folks get fully off the analogs.

What's yours?

I can honestly say that only after after 24hrs. of vaping for the first time, I have stopped almost 50% already.

Thanks.

Keep enjoying your success. I quit .... i mean .. switched cold turkey for nearly two weeks before a failing battery and everyday stress sucked me back in. If you decide to go 100% make sure you've got a backup or two. It was actually easier to quit the analogs the first time because I was so infatuated with my new toy. After a little backsliding, I'm not nearly as hesitant to sneak an analog after dinner or a drink. Still anything's better than 2pk a day.

I'd say within 6 months I'll have my routine down and analogs will either be forgotten totally or an occasional indulgence.

I smoked my last as I went to pick up my ecig from the mail lady. I don't want one, and I have a few left in the pack I was on. They are in the freezer, but I haven't thrown them away yet. 2 days and no analogs! I love my ecig and hope I never go back, even for a single one. They already sound gross to me. How else can I have a Cognac at work???

I immediately went down from 2PAD to about 10 analogs the first week and 5 the second week. That went on for several weeks. I'm back up to 8 or 10, but feeling that I'm doing OK since my original intentions were to taper off gradually and not go through the cold turkey shock.

Ecigs are doing the job and I will hit the Ecig heavy when I get a craving. The craving goes away and then I reward myself with an analog after a meal. I do feel like there's a lot of power in using Ecigs to control the urges. Some people stop immediately and others of us take up to a year. I may be in the latter category.

Had my e-cigs for a couple of months and just used them to get away with "smoking" in the company car. Technically I wasn't smoking, so technically I wasn't breaking any rules. Then analogs started tasting really bad. I mean really bad. Don't know if that had anything to do with the e-cigs or not. It's been since 6/14/10 that I've smoked one and I'm not about to try one to see if the taste officially went away. My ENT said the horrible taste when smoking might just be my taste buds telling me enough was enough.
