So i ordered a couple atomizers from them at 7:56 a.m. At 8:04 a.m., got email saying my order has shipped. That's eight minutes!
I've always thought of them as a bit of the snobby type vendor. They make high end stuff and enthusiasts are their target market.
Also wanted to report that I bought a device from them that arrived DOA. The return process was rather simple though I did have to pay return shipping.
