I just wanted to relate my experience with Awesome Vapor. Early on in my vaping I decided I wanted to move up from a 510 battery, to something better. I had seen some of Arno's videos and read the information he had posted on the AV website. He seemed to be very knowledgable and nice, so I emailed him with a bunch of questions.
The same day I received a reply from Sue that more then covered everything I needed to know. Based on that information, I purchased an Ego starter kit from them, and thats when I started really enjoying vaping.
Fast forward two months to last thursday. The wall charger for my eGo just up and died, so I sent an email to AV asking if I could get a replacement. It had been over 2 months since my order so I wasn't expecting much, maybe just a break on shipping or something. To my surprise I got an email back the next day saying that their warrenty on kits was 14 days, but that they were sending me a replacement wall charger anyway. All they asked was that I send them the broken part at my convience. Then to top it off they thanked me for my patience.
That my friends is customer service!
Not only were Arno and Sue super generous about sharing their knowledge and time with a newbie, but when it came time to back their products up, they walked the walk. It wasn't a huge ticket item, but the way they responded really makes my feel good about doing business with Awesome Vapor.
So if you are new and looking for a good place to do business with, or if you are just looking for someone reliable to buy from, you can't do much better than Awesome Vapor.
