Like many others, I did a lot of research before I started with e-cigs.
Because Awesome Vapor was so quick to respond to emails, they moved quickly up the ranks in my opinion. My physician actually gave me their email addy and suggested I consider e-cigs. I'd tried in the past: stop smoking clinics, patches, injections, hypnosis, etc. etc.
Before I ordered anything, I had to research, research, research (companies, products, etc.)
Not understanding the jargon, I had many questions! (A lot like when I bought my first computer 20 years ago.) Newbies need a lot of hand holding and these folks are willing to do it.
I ordered my first kits mid-December 2009. Since then I've reordered juice, accessories, etc. at least monthly. These folks respond fast, ship fast, and offer great products. I've directly passed on their information to more than 15 other people. I've been so sold on them as a company that I've even purchased starter kits and given them away.
I get the strong feeling that these folks are not in it just to make a buck but also have a dedication to providing the best customer service anywhere. Don't know about you, but I find this harder and harder to come by in any business today.
I'm sold on them and can't praise them enough!
