Awesome Vapor does it AGAIN!!

Arno at Awesome Vapor has come through with FLYING COLORS AGAIN!! I ordered one of his power box mods and there was a glitch w/my credit card going through their system - got stuck in limbo or something, you know how cyberspace can be. When I checked w/them the next day Amanda told Arno my order was going out then. Come to find out it was someone else whose name is similar. They later found my order in the pending file in their system. Arno called me to apologize and said they would get it out ASAP. I guess ASAP! he sent it express mail at over $27 cost to them AND sent extra juice " for any inconvience". Got it the NEXT day! OOPS! it didn't work. I e-mailed Arno about what to do. They said send it back, they were sending a new one out IMMEDIATELY! New one arrived 2 days later and it didn't work. I called Arno and he said he had just received my 1st one back and it worked fine?? AH! the problem, come to find out, was the batteries they WERE using! Arno said he would get new batteries out to me. WELL, he sent 4, not just 2 like it came with, AND 2 mega batteries for my Joye 510s!! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The new batteries did the trick! This mod vapes REALLY WELL! KUDOS to Arno and the gang at AWESOME VAPOR AGAIN!!:toast::D:D:D:toast:

Weird I had the same problem with the order on monday went online to change billing address and shipping address and the info didnt take but I didnt know it at the time got an error message about the order not going thru try again later waited a little bit and tryed again no luck went on to my bank account and noticed two charges for the same order so I called Amanda thats when I found out the address changes didnt take effect Amanda said she would ship my order so I would get it soon and just call the bank and have them reverse the charges which I did called Amanda back she said she was going to drop the shipping charge saveing $5 got my order today in 2 days they have awesome customer service.:D
