I'd have to say I'm satisfied too. My order got lost once and RMV was very good about it and they even credited my card so I got a free product even though it wasn't their fault.

Not me, I had a bad passthough and contacted them. I made the mistake by sending it back to them. Which was completely my fault? I did not buy it from them. ( I contacted them by mistake) after many emails they led me to believe that I did buy it from them and ask me to send it back. After they recieved it both them and myself figured out it was sent to the wrong company.
Now I will take total blame that I sent it to the wrong company, but after many emails they still leave me to believe that I did buy from them, and asked me to send it back. After I figured this out I asked them to send it back so I can send it to the right person and they told me they would send it to them? ( at this time I am extremely impressed by this company and want to do as much business as possible because they seem like a straight up company. well it's been over two weeks and never heard from them again.

If anything changes I will post an update.

Great service for me.

I order some attys and got free shipping, came to the door in les than a week.

Outstanding service and great prices. Their attys are the cheapest I have found, as when you factor in shipping their prices beat sales at other vendors. And it is an American company, which is important to me, especially these days.

RMV is great. They had fast shipping when they were in CO. Now that they're practically in my backyard, I get my orders a day after they're placed.
