At a pottery store it might be called a 'slip trailer'. Like this: Decorator Slip Trailer An art store might have yorker bottles, but I don't think the tip would be right and they are usually quite a bit bigger than 5 ml. I know you said no online, but US plastics has dropper bottles very reasonably priced even with shipping. Shipping has always been fast for me as well.
