B&M Shops in China

A friend of mine is traveling to India next week and I have asked him to get me stuff from China . Are there easy to access B&M shops in China which I can ask him to visit and get me stuff like APVs etc?

What would you order/how would you order if you had a friend returning from China? I wrote to Kangertech to ask if they have stores - they said pick it from factory directly.

I am looking for ready to use kits and not much of assembling/modification on what is provided. So basically, good batteries, tanks/clearomizers and liquids.

I wouldn't recommend getting your juice out of China. I am sure there are some reputable companies there, but the risk of inhaling lead or the like doesn't seem worth the price.
