The mail came eary today and not a second too soon! (Have an appointment with my doc - now can go there and not get yelled at - again, lol!)

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo stoked right now! Minty, minty, minty galore! Just perfect for right now!
(need something a little heavier (I think cause I backslid) but, this is still just incredibly awesome!!!)

I fell behind 2 1/2 days and not sure - do I have to reset my V4L counter to today being my quit date?

I'm giving my 12 last analogs to my non-smoking neighbor. I don't know why it's so hard for me to throw these out when I'm vaping - and happily - again. He'll help me throw them out. I have them all wrapped up and ready to crunch in the garbage truck, lol!

Hmm... I found that by keeping a pack of paper cigs in the freezer for the first month helped me stay away from them.. If I had thrown them out right away, I would have panicked and ran to the store. But just knowing they were there if I needed them, kept me from needing them.

(just got back from my dr.'s and showed it to him.....he's happy for me! - FIRST time EVER he didn't say, "How's your smoking cause....." ---- well, it helped that I put my flaming red e-cig smack in the middle of the exam table.)
