Back on the wagon, need some advice.

Greetings all. Hope you've had a great holiday.

Haven't posted in a long time. Fell off the wagon and made a very stupid choice to go back to analogs.
Stopped beating myself up, and ready to do something about it.

So, I'm giving it another go, but not with my old ego-t. It leaked like crazy.

I'm ordering a new system and had a few questions.

New setup:

Lil Mamma tank from BDV with a SS tube. Based on reviews and availability.

Provari from Provape. Seems a solid choice.

Questions:

The pre-punched cartos are a little pricey, so I thought I'd punch my own.
After doing some reading on this sight, I thought I'd go for the SS Boge 2.7 cartos. Will these work well with the Lil Mamma?

Hole punch:
Have read of several methods for those of us who don't own a Dremel.
Hammer and nail, saddle punch, a jig and punch, wire strippers.
Any thoughts on reliability, accuracy, and ease of use?

Finally, I vape a juice that is normally 30% VG. Is punching 1 hole sufficient, or should I be punching 2 with the Boge carto?

Just curious.
What are the wire strippers for?

I use a saddle punch. Very easy and fast. This one. $6 shipped.

The Boge cartos will fit the lil mama tank perfectly. I use a jig punch set I bought from Vapor Age? It works perfectly and makes the whole process a snap. A 70/30 pg/vg mix should work fine with one hole. I only do one hole with that blend on my fusion cartos and have not had a problem with wicking.

Princess and LadyWeeps, thanks so much for your replies. LadyWeeps, I was leaning towards that same punch from Vapor-Age. It seems pretty fool proof.

Princess, the wire strippers are for punching holes in your cartos, but they have to be a specific type of wire strippers with sharp "teeth". See this thread.
