Theres always shipping services EMonty, no need to hate, legalites cause this, not me.
what legalities? I order from many US vendors liquid, supplies, mods, everything!
I wont get into all the particulars and other vendors but there are governing laws and the importing and exporting on nicotine to other countries.
importing and exporting to and from The Netherlands is 100% legal, no issues at all!
anyway, forget it, the extra mile (or inch) I can get at any other place, have a good day!
