I am new to the forum and relatively new to the vaping experience but I have had the good fortune to follow the advise of forum members. That advise led me to Don at Backwoods Brew and I just want to say that both the juice and the service from Don are excellent. He shows genuine interest in me as a human being and an equal pride in the juice he sells. I am retired now but I spent 20 years in customer service including seven years as a customer service manager in manufacturing and I can truly say in my opinion you just can't go wrong ordering from Backwoods Brew.

I heard a lot of good things about Backwoods Brew and placed my first order yesterday. Even though it was a Sunday, Don was quick to respond with help on getting my order placed. Impressive customer service.
I have ordered several times from Don. Great juice and a very nice guy to deal with too..

I placed my first order with BWB before it even had a name and when Malty was called something entirely different -- a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. <g>
The thing about Don is that he is NOT trying to put on airs and purposely promoting customer service, it's JUST the way he is. He's an engaging, helpful, friendly and chatty NY kinda guy. I happen to buy the bulk of my liquid from him but he's a friend first and foremost. I am absolutely sure that nearly everyone that buys from him feels exactly the same way.
I have seen a LOT of e-liquids from other vendors go up on sale in the classifieds, btw. Yet, I have NEVER seen a thing from BWB (and I've looked for the bargains) LOL For me, that speaks volumes as far as the quality of his stuff.

The funny thing for me is that I never expected to be using his liquid on a daily basis as that just hadn't happened for me at the time. Not for lack of trying I might add. BUT, I use his liquid every day. It's really nice to be able to do that.

I couldn't agree more! Don's customer service is impeccable, and his juice rocks my world!
I agree with all of the above. BWB is by far the best ejuice I have tried. I have ordered juice from about 5 or 6 vendors on this forum and Im not saying they were bad - just not as good as BackWoods Brew. It has been my everyday vape for about two months now and still going strong. Keep on doin what you do Don.

Right now...Caramel Cappuccino, Honey Flue Nut and Applewood, yum! They are great right out of the mailbox and even better after they age a bit...oi, can't say enough good things about Backwoods Brew...
Malty and Honey Flue Nut is what I seem to blow through the fastest... applewood and tobacamelon seem to go quickly too.
