Bad 510 LR

I made an order of 5 pieces 510 LR in 2010/12/4 (pretty old ) and order shipped in 2010/12/8 then order reached me in 2010/12/23 , i did not start to use them until january 2011, the first three atty was very good and last till this month , then i started to use the fourth one and it died in two days, i started using the last one and it takes 5 days then dies (wtf).
Now i know that there is no guaranty.only DOA for LR atty,but 2-5 days is not acceptable for me because i am a regular buyer from HC and i know that almost all there stuff is genuine and good quality.

Is there a way that you guys can help me ?

Ive viped a LR 510 for over 2 moths without a single problem and as far as noticed from all my vipe staff,this one is with the biggest life ive ever used.I can give you 1 simple tip,when you get the brand new LR 510 remove the white wicking material above the coil.I allways do that for LR attys.And never let them in dry conditon.

hi ricardofmf, i am very sorry that I did not reply to you timely, because your question got me stuck.

i did not want to reply without useful information, so i choosed to reply when i knew more. later i talked with our tech support and got more knowledge about low resistance atomisers.

sometimes low resistance atomisers can work perfectly for a few months like a miracle. sometimes they suddenly die without any warning.

that is because that the low resistance can produce big current, which produce more vapor and stronger throat hit, at the same time the low resistance atomisers get very hot and kill the atomisers themself faster.

besides, the lifespan is also up to some other factors, such as the voltage of batteries you use with low resistance atomisers and whether you keep the atomisers wet always.

overall, we can not expect a low resistance atomiser to work better than regular atomiser and have a good lifespan as well. that is also the reason why we can not offer warranty for all low resistance atomisers.

nevertheless, we can send new free replacements for DOA freely. if a customer get a DOA low resistance atomiser and let us know within 48 hours after he gets his order, we will send him a new free replacement via china airmail freely or send a new free replacement with his next new order together.

i am sorry to hear that 2 of your 5 low resistance atomisers died within 5 days. i understand that their short lifespans are not acceptable for you, especially when the other 3 ones worked so well. perhaps the 2 ones were not of good quality. the one died within 2 days was likely a DOA. so we are willing to send you 1 free new low resistance atomiser as a compensation.

please let me know your order number here or PM. we will send a new free one within 3 days via china airmail freely. when the free replacement is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Thanx for replying, i am a ware of the LR atty because i am using them for almost 6 months from three different venders, the first two venders was awful because the atty itself destroyed into two parts, and when i used the HC atty i was verrrry satisfied until the last two died in a very short period.

The problem is that i was very satisfied with the first three atty but the last two let me down, am not saying that you are a bad vender because i had good experiences with you, but i know sometimes there is a bad batch regarding atty, batteries and even e-juice. We have reshipped a new free replacement via china airmail on June 13. hope you will get it soon.

Gotta remember to check all attys the day they come in, I even forget sometimes! As good as my suppliers are (LF) I feel guilty every time I come back to them about warranty, I hate looking like I'm trying to hitch a free ride. Luckily they've never made me feel any less than a welcome customer but I still feel guilty!

sorry. we do not check atties, because they are sealed. if we check them, we will make them unsealed. most people like products come in sealed plastic.
please let us know whether it works well when you get it.
we felt guilty that we did not resolve the problem earlier.

i dont know if there is a special method to store atty, for me i just leave them sealed in there plastic cover, is there another method that work for you ?
