I think all atomizers are bad. You need to keep them clean, try not to use juices that are full of flavoring sediment (mainly dark, opaque or cloudy juices). But no matter how well I tried to keep my atomizers clean they just degraded more slowly and still became awful. I bought new ones which are relegated to the menial tasks of testing new juices and dripping of juices I don't vape often. They do not leave the house. I use cartomizers (Boge on 510-threaded devices) for 98% of my vaping. At least with cartomizers I can just start a new one every 7-10 days (about 20ml run though) and then everything works like brand new again.

How long have you been using your atomizers?

If they're heating up and not producing vapor, it's likely your cart is causing the short on the vapor delivery. Drip a drop of juice directly on the atty, then hit the trigger and give it a sec to burn off. Make sure your cart is topped off after. It's possible the cart's filter is worn and needs replaced.

I tired this on both attys, no difference.

Are you using cartridges or dripping? What thickness juice? An overly wet atomizer is flooded and won't get very hot and won't make much vapor. They need to be damp with juice but not drowned. if you think it is flooded, blow the atomizer out into a tissue and prime with less liquid and wait for the liquid to soak down to the coil.

If you are using cartridges, the wick in the atomizer is necessary. And most consider cartridges are not a great way to vape. Try fluffing the stuffing of a cartridge up a bit, make sure it is damp with the stuffing positioned even with the top edge of the juice cup, and try again. But it will not work if you pulled the wick out of the atomizer.

And how thick is your juice? What is the PG/VG? If your juice is very thick (high VG) you may need to thin it with a few drops of distilled water so it will flow at least as fast as you are vaping it.

All Atty's are not bad, not even close, try an i06 & HH-357 you can juice these to your fill and vape on em all day long with way more flavor than any carto and they last way longer then cartos. The trick is buying the right ones and matching them up to the correct Mod/Watts. I've got 6 HH-357's and 6 i06's that have been going for over 90 days right now and working as well as when new, rotating between 12 Mods. No filler carto could ever come close to out performing this. NEVER, PS = Running 100% VG

One of the reasons I build my own atomizers out of my old CE2 parts for my Carmel Tobacco dripping needs..thickness of this juice kills atomizers in hours sometimes but my homemade "CE2omizers" hold up pretty good and come apart easy for cleaning/rebuilding :D

I've been thinking of posting something sometime on how I built them from parts I have laying around and some NiChrome wire I bought at MadVapes :)
