I don't get this. You talk about the customer service department of unreliable sites and sellers and then get mad because you got burned (OR SO YOU THINK.)

I know NOTHING about ebay and vape customer service because I do not buy there.

BECAUSE I AM NOT AN IDIOT. I don't want to waste hours and days with customer service, frankly.

I have never not once bought an item and then been told it was out of stock.

Frugality is fine, but to ME TIME means MONEY. I'm not going to dance around TRYING to make terrible sites behave properly, I just am NOT.

Vapresso not only does not CARE about you, they may not even know who you are, and once they do, they will probably laugh because the way you are carrying on makes ME want to go out and buy four Vapresso products RIGHT now, to help them overcome your ah, histrionics.

Grow up.

Of course, I have just bought some GREAT stuff at fantastic prices, from reputable vendors I have dealt with before.

My problem is that I always seem to have trouble getting the refund. Even though they say it’s refunded I have had to contact the bank and give them a confirmation number. It’s annoying, you’d think in this day and age inventory systems would be more accurate

Maybe it depends on how you pay, i use a credit card Visa so the refund goes straight to my Visa balance and fom there to the bank account.

Dude you really don't seem to know much about how Aliexpress works, let me share what i know.
Aliexpress = Ebay same thing they don't sell products. They "rent store space" just like a mall. Everything you buy there you buy from "independent" vendors that not tied to Aliexpress or Ebay but if those sellers want to rent the space they need to follow some rules and guidelines that Aliexpress and Ebay have and enforce pretty strictly.
The store i bought the kit from is advertising itself es Vaporesso Global store so i assumed (shouldn't do it but i did) it's Vaporessos store on Aliexpress so i hold them to an even higher standard as they are not just some random seller, they supposed to represent Vaporesso and their standards.
True my reaction was hot headed and not thought thru i did write a new message apologizing for my rude behavior.
On Aliexpress a refund is guaranteed there is no if never happened and the swap doesn't work like that, nothing "official" they just send the other product instead, it did happen a few times but it was a satisfactory swap.
Usually Aliexpress doesn't need to step in, most of the time i deal directly with the seller to come to some sort of agreement, only if that doesn't work then i ask Aliexpress to step in but only as a last resort if the seller is extremely uncooperative or too rude (rare but happened).
Yes the mod and the tank cost more separately but it's just to us the customers to the company the cost dif is very small as there is a bit more packaging but that's negligible. Especially compared to customer satisfaction.
Aliexpress is not a gray market when you know how to navigate it and minimize those risks.

I do not use Aliexpress but still understand that a retailer is not obligated to give me something that is more expensive for the same price as the out of stock item I wanted.

And dude….if Aliexpress is nothing more than a portal for vendors, then why are you complaining about their customer service? That’s like complaining about the landlord that the Gap didn’t have the jeans you wanted.

And if you feel Vaporesso was so misrepresented, then why not send them a email directly stressing your concerns.

Either you're extremely unlucky, had a few bad experiences and now generalizing or just don't know from whom to buy because you can but the exact same item from manny dif stores.

I'm pretty sure they didn't know who i am (they do know a little now) and i'm sure they they don't care about me (it's a business all they care about is profit margin and quarterly earnings) but at least acting like you care about your customers is part of running a good business. As i wrote before i actually like Vaporesso, i did my research, they seem like a good and serious company, they actually do a lot of necessary and even some unnecessary(imo) tests on their products which if you know many other companies don't do even the basic safety tests.
I'm not an idiot either (i think) and i don't generalize, meaning that if i had 1 not very pleasant experience in a store on ali that i think represents Vaporesso doesn't mean that i start yelling hysterically like an idiot "People don't buy any Vaporesso product because they ....ed me. I would actually highly recommend the Switcher kit for 29.60$ (i bought the one with the leds but have a filling there will be no leds(managing expectations and knowing ali sellers) as i understand this are the last few kits as i think they stopped producing both the Revenger mod and the Switcher mode which are basically the same thing under the skin. On the reputable Fasttech (nothing against Fasttech i buy coils, juices and other stuff there) it sells for 60$+ so i bought on ali.
All i did was share my personal experience but it got blown out of any proportion and soon gonna need it's own topic.
PLEASE COME DOWN AND LETS SEE WHAT Vaporesso SAY

When i dig into something i DIG into it so i did a lot of research and Vaporesso have a pretty good chip in there the omni board 2, 2.6 now i think, good at least for a year with no problems that i heard of, Good power delivery, with a decent battery life not much exaggerated top ratings (almost 220w close enough and not needed for me) and good and accurate mid range power, plenty of modes notably ccv, firmware upgradable (don't think there will be any more upgrades but still nice to have we may be able to mod it ourself in the future and i think we can program a few thing with a program Vaporesso provide but i'm maybe thinking of a dif mode ), not bad charging if can't use external charger (usually i can and will do external charging but if i can't it's nice to know i can charge in the mod. i found it the best value for that price and it's pretty and feels good in the hand. Also i don't have an NRG tank and i want it.

1. Stop twisting my words.
I never wrote a bad word or complained about ali. i wrote a few times that ali and ebay customer service is good on the rare occasions that i did need to use it.
Are we not on Vaporessos page? i can understand you forgot this as my small post got blown out of proportion and developed into something...

Well what happened here is that you got butthurt when you found your bargain-priced item was sold out, so you decided to register here and make a cry post about it (nice way to introduce yourself to the community btw) in hopes of finding a sympathetic audience . But your plan failed and now you're doubling down, presenting yourself as a martyr sacrificing himself for the sake of all AliExpress buyers, a Don Quixote tilting at windmills for the honor of our kingdom. Are you expecting thanks? The most noble of heroes suffer in silence.
