We are on vaporesso the MANUFACTURER'S page.. not the retail outlet that sells on Ali Express..
That's what people are trying to say.. there may not be any connection between the retailer you made your purchase from, and this manufacturer your sitting on their page complaining to..
You might be better served complaining to Ali Express about the service because right now your telling the MANUFACTURER of Vaporesso products off..

You can point fault at me for misunderstanding who the retailer is all you want. But the issue here is not my misunderstanding - it is you are complaining that a retailer is not willing to give you more than what you paid for.

Never thought i'd get this kind of a reaction to a small venting/trying to reach the company/informing the community to be careful buying from a seller that probably a few here bought or may buy from. That was why i wrote it.

Not expecting anything, buy on ali at your own risk, as Mooch loves to say "it's not safe it's never safe" i consider myself pretty knowledgeable at buying on ali and i saved A LOT of money over the year but i had a few bad experiences before i got very good at it and if i can help someone to avoid those bad experiences then why not share it? Or maybe even try to change it so the sellers know we won't take .... from them so they might stop trying to .... us? Did you think about that? Probably not you don't seem to think much before you write.

Yes there might not be any connection between Vaporesso the factory and the Vaporesso global store on ali and maybe this page is also not for the factory/manufacturer but maybe this is the page for their sales/customer service+relations/marketing? Do you know? I don't. Wouldn't it be nice to know?

This forum gives you the link to their website, and their website lists stores that are authorized to sell their products.

Is the store you purchased from listed on their website as an authorised distributors or retailer for Vaporesso products?
If so, the best you can hope for is to complain to the manufacturing end that their products are not being properly represented by that retailer..
But with this being the MANUFACTURER, and not a retailer, I'm not sure what you hope to accomplish here other than to make note of that????

And you're not wrong that the most demanding customers set the minimum level of service for the rest of us. So I hope there are no permanent hard feelings. In my mind, that's two completely different entities. Vaporesso manufactures products. AliExpress sell them. If Vaporesso will fix an AliExpress problem, so I think you would be polite to open a new thread absolute praising them. Because if I understood the story well, this company had absolutely no need to do that.

OP explained earlier that AliExpress is like eBay in that it is actually Vaporesso doing the fulfillment while Ali is merely the payment portal. That would explain why experiences vary widely.
I will have to say the big tip comment redeemed him in my eyes.
I also say Hooray! For Vapresso but they've always been a classy outfit.
