Was 1 of Fasttechs 1st customers back when i vaped the ego pens. Good customer service indeed but the prices for mods are much higher than on Aliexpress especially the deals i found (no deals like that on Fasttech) and as i wrote i am mostly satisfied with Aliexpress customer service i just want other people to know that they should hold them to higher standards maybe than everyone will have a good experience buying from China suppliers because most of them are good.

You do understand that they are simply sub-contractors for many of their listings and are only the go between between you and the actual vendor?

In fewer words, I'm calling you cheap, overly entitled and demanding, and I believe you have unrealistic expectations.
Glad to see i did understand. Thank you for the compliments you made me blush:)
You forgot 1 thing at the start of your sentence IMO which you're entitled to ( or maybe not?) so thank you for letting us know who you are and what you think.

Right here, you already know the "kit" is not in stock, you did not order the mod only. I still think this was a rude comment to a person just following company policy.
Ok i see what you mean and yes maybe i could have handled it with a bit more grace but when i saw that they're still selling the mod i got really mad and didn't think about all the aspects but as i wrote i'm used to better standards from personal experience.

I've been a regular customer of Ali now for around 4-5 years, for parts that I use in my business that are not readily available within the USA ..

I've had orders that have been screwed up, but the good news is, yes, they have a sitewide Customer Service policy that is really quite good ..

Or I've just been lucky ..

Perhaps something is being lost in translation because I am not understanding your comments.

Aliexpress did not have the kit you payed for in stock. Fair enough, this has happened to many of us. Your expectations are because they do not have said kit in stock, they should sell you another product(s) of equal or greater value for the same price. And such product(s) must meet your subjective performance standards (which has yet to be identified).

Aliexpress asked if you “would mind choosing a replacement” and suggested 2 other kits. You do not want what they have suggested, but instead of keeping communication open you have taken to the internet to express your dislike. Not very productive.

You have not mentioned what Aliexpress will do with any remaining balance should you choose a cheaper kit. You have not mentioned whether they will give you a full refund.

You further stated that you have had past dealings with Aliexpress eluding that you understand the perceived risks involved with dealing with a grey market vendor but yet are surprised and disappointed when they respond to you with suggestions.

You can’t purchase the Revenger kit because they do not have it in stock. A stand alone mod is not a kit and Aliexpress is not obligated to give you something that cost more than what you initially paid for! Your choice is to work with Aliexpress on making another selection and negotiating any differences in cost or request a refund.

Vaporesso has nothing to do with this. Aliexpress is probably not even a qualified vendor to which you may not even receive support from Vaporesso (I am guessing cause I do not know). And if they were a qualified vendor, Vaporesso cannot make them sell you a more expensive product for less.

Unlike Fasttech, which is a company that buys from the manufacturers and sells the product, AliExpress is a company that allows the manufacturers to link to them and sell the product themselves.

If I buy another OBS Engine Nano, (Only in gold now...) I buy it from the OBS Store, through AliExpress.

So, blame the company that is actually selling the item, and blame yourself for not asking for the specific item you would have rather had had when your original item went out of stock.

Just a life lesson to get over.

Exactly. OP could have very easily asked if they could send the just mod and refund the difference. I just can’t get my head around why that was not his first thought.

Dude you really don't seem to know much about how Aliexpress works, let me share what i know.
Aliexpress = Ebay same thing they don't sell products. They "rent store space" just like a mall. Everything you buy there you buy from "independent" vendors that not tied to Aliexpress or Ebay but if those sellers want to rent the space they need to follow some rules and guidelines that Aliexpress and Ebay have and enforce pretty strictly.
The store i bought the kit from is advertising itself es Vaporesso Global store so i assumed (shouldn't do it but i did) it's Vaporessos store on Aliexpress so i hold them to an even higher standard as they are not just some random seller, they supposed to represent Vaporesso and their standards.
True my reaction was hot headed and not thought thru i did write a new message apologizing for my rude behavior.
On Aliexpress a refund is guaranteed there is no if never happened and the swap doesn't work like that, nothing "official" they just send the other product instead, it did happen a few times but it was a satisfactory swap.
Usually Aliexpress doesn't need to step in, most of the time i deal directly with the seller to come to some sort of agreement, only if that doesn't work then i ask Aliexpress to step in but only as a last resort if the seller is extremely uncooperative or too rude (rare but happened).
Yes the mod and the tank cost more separately but it's just to us the customers to the company the cost dif is very small as there is a bit more packaging but that's negligible. Especially compared to customer satisfaction.
Aliexpress is not a gray market when you know how to navigate it and minimize those risks.

I know it's no excuse and it's bad and i try to control myself (pretty successfully i think, it was bad when i was younger and not as experienced) but i'm human not robot so no 100% :(

I’m often surprised at how often I get an email from a company saying the sale item I just bought is no longer in stock even though I was allowed to add to cart and check out:(
Yeah generally the "very good" deals 25%+ lower than lowest price are the high risk transactions, had a few "out of stock" few "lost in the mail" just got full refund for those, few good swaps, 1 actually told me to .... off in not so many words that went straight to Aliexpress and got full refund, but many of this high risk deals paid off around 60-70%

My problem is that I always seem to have trouble getting the refund. Even though they say it’s refunded I have had to contact the bank and give them a confirmation number. It’s annoying, you’d think in this day and age inventory systems would be more accurate
