@beachpuff- Thanks, I saw that thread too and it worked for about two hits then that was it.
I's nice to be able to find things like that on here when you need help, although it got me thinking, from who else would we tolerate this? I would never keep a product that I bought from Walmart if the only way I could get it to work was to keep fixing it myself, that alone buy more from them. It's funny how my addiction makes me look the other way on this and not hold these companies to the same standers that I would if I had bought, say a can opener.

PIF is under Social Groups.

It is funny that what we do tolerate. While I've heard complaints about vendors, I've also heard rave reviews of their customer service. I know for me, I don't have a local store where I can just go & pick this stuff up, so I have to rely on reviews from here to try to pick the "best" vendor. But I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when your new gear just doesn't work. You should have enough posts to be able to post on their forum, maybe try PM-ing one of the customer service guys too. Good Luck!!!
