Bad PG? Need your insight pls!

Hello everybody

I bought some USP PG (link: 1 Gallon Propylene Glycol) and it tastes strange when vaped alone or with some flavors/nic. I need your thoughts please, is this PG unsuitable or has gone bad or something else? It's USP PG and it's 99.9% so it should be fine....but it isn't! HELP!

Can you send back to supplier, no sense in risking it if you thinks is bad.

They sold it as USP PG for coolant purposes and I assume it is so ... I don't think it's fair to ask them to return it.

Wondering if a mod could move this thread to DIY, maybe it'd get more traction there?

I don't know what PG tasts like when it gos bad. shelf life is two years. never tryed to vape it alone, but it has bitter tast if you put some on your tong. Does it have exp date or lot# I would contact the supplier try to get your money back, you will never use that much before its go bad anyway. And just get a 16.oz bottle that will last you a long time.
