Bad Service At Freedom Smoke USA

I had great service here until I went there today and met the owner for the first time! Some friends turned me on to this place that sells vapor products to deliver nicotine as an alternative to smoking. I loved the first electronic cigarette I bought and was sad when it stopped working after a couple of weeks. The staff nicely replaced it with an upgraded unit, and I was only a bit disappointed when it, too, failed, because I had gotten such good service there that I was already bringing friends in to try this out. When I went in today with a positive attitude expecting another cheerful replacement, the staff again kindly assisted me. Then the owner came over and started blaming all the problems on me because his stuff doesn't break down. I asked for suggestions for what I might do differently, and instead of helping provide a solution he invited me to take my business elsewhere! He said "the customer is not always right", and continued to blame me without offering any suggestions about what I might be doing wrong. Times are tough for small businesses these days, and customer service has become more important than ever. We are encouraged to do business locally instead of on the internet. Yet when I am loyal to a place that is WAY out of my way, and bring new customers in, I am treated like dirt at Freedom Smoke. I feel truly sorry for the lovely staff there if this is how the management wants them to behave.
