I'm pretty sure its suppose to be decided this month. I was reading a bunch just now on it, and it seems that all that will truly happen is e-cig companies will have to pay a fee and register the product as a medical device. It will drive out smaller companies but not make the e-cig impossible to get, and it will make the government some money which is all they wanted anyway.

The funny part is that they are targeting all nicotine containing products, but not tobacco products. I think e-cig companies should throw 4900 chemicals into their juice and then go to the regulatory agencies with their "New and Improved" products. That would make a really good ad for the TV.
