Thank you for vaping in public in SE Asia! I still spend a fair bit of time there and still amazed at the population

Keep your e liquid under 3 oz, better to have your batts in the carry on than the checked baggage.
Follow general intl TSA guide you'll be fine, and b.t.w. you'll find e-liquid and e-cigarette B&M shops throughout
most urban areas.
I recent check on C-Cigs and travel on the TSA Website states NO Batteries in checked luggage must not be in cargo hold. On person or carry on as stated by others.
