I flush mine with hot water using an old syringe. I took a small syringe that is the same diameter as the attie and cut it off and plugged it onto a larger syringe. I draw the hot water back and forth thru the attie several times. Then is use the syringe to blow out as much water as possible. I then do a dry burn until I see the coil glow. Gotta be careful so you don't pop the coil. If it gets too hot for too long, it will blow and then you have a dead attie. I like to do this about once a week if I am dripping a lot. I de-bridged one attie so it is easy to see the coil. The others you have to watch closely.

I had one that was getting hard to draw on (I had gotten lazy and had not cleaned it in a few weeks). After the burn, it was like new again. I also should say that I flush the attie with hot water after I complete the dry burn. Then I activate it just to dry out the water, drip some juice, and back to vaping!

You do have to be careful doing a dry burn. There are lots of threads here on how to do it.
