batteries and cartos not fitting .

i guess i agree ...i am going to try it but then why will those cartos fit the other batteries i am not having an issue with ? How the heck to we explain all this to a new convert ? i have been spoon feeding my friend a little at a time the info she needs
This same problem by someone else just appeared on v4l's facebook page .If we didnt have snow ,morandir and the others with these suggestions ,what would we do ? ?

I do think there is a difference in cartos. I can look at the bottom of the carto and know what battery it's going to work on. It seems like there are two different kinds of cartos. The bottom of some have a straight space through the circle, those I can fit on my Riva no problem, but if there is not that straight space through the bottom of the circle I got to get out the adapter.

@angelad ...YES i finally noticed that difference too last nite when i was looking at them ! The notch is more pronounced on the circle right ? Morandir ,snow sir ...look at old cool carts and new blanks ....

Just checked on all my cartos Ms. Nancy, don't see any difference, but then again haven't ordered any new ones in a bit, just juice...

waylonjessi: I've had this happen with a few wOw cartos, too. Chalked it up to defective cartos.... what else can you do?

Ive had it so a cart wont screw tight but just stay loose and keep spinning. I get it as close to being tight as possible and it usually still works.

That's want I was trying to say! lol. the ones with the notch more pronounced will fit perfectly on any of my batteries (even the riva- isn't that a 901 connection?) But if the notch is not pronounced through the circle then I have to play with the carto to get to fit on any battery and work correctly (and I have to use an adapter for my riva). Take a look at the carto(nonpronounced notch ones) after you used it and the bottom looks all chewed up, I hope it isn't screwing up my batteries!

yes i got it angelad and you are right there is a difference in the carto post .NOW if i vapor 4 life would read THIS thread ! They are getting the same questions on facebook ! It needs to be addressed as its not going to go away .Reminds me of one time at an old job with an antiquated software system when someone flipped a switch and changed other jobs without checking first if it would cause a problem
