Illumination supply (illumn.com) has decent prices and a good reputation. Other trusted battery vendors are Orbtronics (.com) and RTD Vapor (.com). Avoid buying batteries from eBay or Amazon, as it's all to easy for a shady vendor to slap a different-colored wrap on a low-quality cell and call it whatever they want. It doesn't cost that much more to purchase from a reputable dealer, and for the extra cost you are buying yourself reliability and peace of mind.

While the 20A workhorse Samsung 25R is only $5, if you're not pushing your batteries hard, it might be worth the small extra cost for some LG HG2s for their greater mAh capacity.

For chargers, like batteries, play it safe... Efest (yes, their chargers are top shelf), XTAR, or Nitecore.
2 bay if you're not blowing through batteries every day, or a 4 bay if you prefer.

The advice about avoiding eBay, Amazon etc. for batteries is sound. Again... play it safe.
I've never tried it for batts and chargers, but VapeCrawler is a pretty damn good price comparison search tool.

Otherwise... LiIonWholesale, Illumn.com, a couple more that regulars trust, as mentioned.

Vape safe.
