Batteries brought my day down.

Had my provari for like a week now and it been pretty good. I made my own coil and I felt like it wasn't doing as good as it should. Couldn't take it over 4 volts with a 1.6 coil. Turns out it was a issues with my batteries. Guess its time to vape sub par till after christmas.

I got them with my provari. And there not aw batteries there a different brand and they blow.

This is what happens when you don't follow manufacturer recommendations. It states at least 5 times on the Provari description at Provape.com that they recommend using only AW IMR button-top batteries.

Using the correct type of battery in mods is the most important purchase for your setup, with a good quality charger being second.

i recommended he make another coil just to make sure giving it more power isn't causing a short

I agree 4v @1.6ohms=2.5 amps. Assuming the Provari has the 3.5 amp limit should be OK
