I love the VC4 and just bought a 2a wall watt from Amazon. Works perfectly.

Can you tell me the problem you were having with the Xstar brand wall plug?

Very happy that I could toss out my Nitecore charger when the xtar VC4 arrived from FT. The Nitecore D4 had difficult sliders that weren't smooth. The xtar is in a different league!

I agree about those sliders but I'll happily catch that toss! Don't mind having extra chargers around

My XSTAR VC4 screen is blinking at me. Searched the manual and couldn't find anything about winking, I mean blinking. Anybody know why?

Still got it, but it's ready for disposal. I'm not very good at throwing though. Got a two bay Efest as spare, which has sliders of good quality.

Mine hasn't done that, but I generally walk by occasionally to check charge completion. If it's saying FULL I take the battery out. Maybe that happens if it's been displaying full for a while and no one has removed the battery. The link below says that when it's through charging FULL will flash and then the entire screen will flash three times every 10 seconds. I guess it's to catch your attention.
