batteries die really fast

4 2 month old AW IMR 18350's in rotation. 2 diff mechs, 2 diff attys.
Think I may have found the problem - realised charger was only thing in common here, it appears the switch on the side got accidentally switched from 3.6V to 3.0V. Am charging batteries now to see if this is the issue. I hope so - am going crazy here!!!!

Yup that will do it!

At the 3.0V setting batts come off at 3.6V which is when we normally place them on the charger. At the 3.6V setting batteries charge to 4.2V
