Let them dry you will be fine.... Probably be fine with the dampness, but the water will promote oxidation and rust so better to wait.

Drop them in a bowl of uncooked dry rice and let them sit in the bowl for 24 hours. The rice will draw out any moisture.
Let them dry and inspect thoroughly, if you see any deformation toss them in the recycle bin at best buy. Pay close attention to them when you next charge them. Most likely they will be fine their bigest enemy is Salt Water witch makes them useless

If I you do have to recycle them cover the positive end with some tape or something before tossing them in the bin. 
FWIW, I have dropped my Mech with a kick.. Into my swimming pool once and the Koi pond twice. In each case, I broke the mod down wiped everything off, Kick got a blast of compressed air. From full submersion to steam in 2-5 minutes. Don't really think a couple rain drops are gonna hurt.
