two batteries, arrived fully charged

used one, it died, put it on charger, the second one I used until earlier today, then it died

went to use the first one I had charged, but it was dead, I did leave it on the charger (not plugged in), could that discharge it?

but also, I charged the second one for two hours, and still, it has nothing

five clicks to turn it on, nothing, the charger has the green led light on (its a usb charger), but they aren't charging

defective charger? or am I missing something here

Hello,
I have had some chargers where I had to screw them in (eGo) and the light turns red but no flashing....so I unscrew and redo it, it sometimes takes a few mins for the flashing to come on.... when you first screw them on does the led on the battery flash 3 times ? Make sure you are making the connections between the post in the charger with the post in the battery. Let us know....it sure would be a bummer for both to be defective.
:)

you could try to carefully pry the center post in the charger/battery up just a little. Don't yank it or pull hard....I use a pair of tweezers and grab both sides and gently pull just a little to raise it up. It won't take much.... I have had to do that with a couple of mine and it works,

When you put the battery on the charger it will automatically turn the battery on, even if it was turned off. If you do 5 clicks after pulling the battery off the charger, you are actually turning the battery off.

the post isn't connecting to the other post on the battery

emailed the company and let them know, they'll probably send a new one

but in the meantime, Im going to see if I can use that tweezer method, as the light is green, so the charger is working, its just not connecting to the post

I hope this works, that would be awesome!
