Have you tried cleaning the battery? Often, a decrease in performance (including ability to charge and function properly) is a sign that the battery connection point is blocked. First, take a pin and clean any debris out of the holes in the battery. Then, dip a q-tip in rubbing alcohol and swab the  connection point. It’s best to do this weekly for all batteries. Let me know if this helps. About 80% of the time, this is the issue.

batteries, at the best of times, can last 300 charges.

However, given external factors, it is all up to chance a lot of times. Dirt, weather, getting juice inside the battery, etc etc.

The batteries were designed to be used with DISPOSABLE CARTOMIZERS. Therefore, all bets are off.

Well, like i said, there are a lot of factors that can contribute to short battery life. Some we just have no control over, some we can fix. We address each battery issue individually, so if theres an issue that we can fix, we surely will.

Hope that one battery issue isn't something that will make you "rethink this whole thing", whatever thing that is. Each cigarette you avoided needs to be considered.

We'll gladly help if we can.

Ardent, I have learned that if you talk to Born, Mark, Steve, or Val even if it is out of the 45 day mark they will bend over backwards for you and everyone here.

Shoot mark a pm or someone here and see if they can help you. I'm sure if you send the old one back they will be more then happy to help you. I am planing on doing that with a battery I just ordered. It is my favorite one tho. Black with a blue led, and it's the new XL style!
