Battery charged already?

Sorry if this post is redundant but I've actually tried searching through the forum but can't find the answer. I received my kit Wednesday and immediately put the 2 batteries on the chargers....one on the wall charger and the other on the USB charger. I realize that the batteries are shipped with "some" battery life, but both batteries showed they were fully charged after only 20 minutes, if that. Is this normal (OK?) the last thing I'd want is to be out and about and have both my batteries "burnt out", that would be worse than having an analog with no lighter lol

Yes, it's entirely possible. I've received a number of batteries which were almost completely charged.

If you're vaping at the homefront, it shouldn't be hard to drain one of them in a day's time. Then, you can charge it from that state if it makes you feel more confident.

Some vendors pre-charge their batteries. I have found that if you take the battery off charge and use it for say 5 minutes and then put it back on charge that it would continue charging for a couple of hours. Try it and see if this works for you EP.

Normal, yes. The V4L batteries arrive 80% charged so you can vape immediately!

Yep, mine came completely charged. I put them both on chargers and like 2 minutes later, the lights turned green and blue (green for wall charger, blue for USB). I used them each in rotation for 2 days, when they both died. Charged them up again...USB took literally only 2 hours to charge, wall charger maybe 4 or 5...and now I'm waiting for them to die again after a few days! So no worries, your batteries are fine Happy vaping!
