Battery flashes 15 times

Hello,

Use a 808 and my USB charger is a little weird. The light stays red with a bit of a bluish tint to it when it's done charging.

When I first plug a battery in I get the 4 quick flashes to show it's charging, but then it flashes about 15 times after about 3 minutes, the battery may not be low, I'm just not sure what the 15 flashes means and I didn't see anything about it in the manual.

Anyone know what this is?

Is this with the universal usb charger?

I'll have one in a week and let you know if I have the same result, if it is..

Yea. If you could that would be great. It seems to be working ok...just kind of strange and seems like it should mean something.
