Thank you all for the replys...

Interesting point of views indeed..

In regards to the LED color, personally I do prefer the Blue or Green over the Orange, but that is just my preference.

I will add the color request on future batt orders, if I get the other colors... great!
However, the bottom line is.... I would still buy them Orange or not.

Again, Thank you all so much!

I do just as suggested in an above post, I type in the color of LED I want or don't want. V4L has been great about writing in a note if they don't have the color LED I am requesting. They will do the best they can always! My 2 purples have pink LEDS, my silver has a green, my copper has a blue and my red has a pink. I am tired of pink LOL, but it gets the job done! I am ready for an orange or a purple!

I have had no problem whatsoever in converting smokers to vaping. I have not had one person look at me and say the led on the end of my PV was too distracting, or ugly, or un-cigarette to use. I had one convert order shorty white batteries with orange leds because he personally wanted it to look as much like a cigarette as he could...he was not completely ready to quit. BUT, my e-cig in purple with a blue led did nothing to keep him from trying it, and buying a kit.
I have all the girly colors I can get, pink batteries with pink leds, pink batteries with blue leds, purple with blue and green with green...and the friend that ordered the white batteries even thought my pink on pink looked cool for me :)

Now that I can understand…a white battery (regardless of size) with the orange/red LED to look like a cigarette. But a pink or blue or green or … with an orange LED?
If you're going to use a sharpie, I'd suggest doing it on the inside of the ashcap, as well as the outside. It still won't block 100% of the LED light, but far more than the outside alone.
How about a product suggestion? Opaque end caps (ashcaps)? Black or white or perhaps grey but opaque plastic? I'd think black would completely hide an LED and white would perhaps show through but way, way toned down.
