I have a VS2 and I feel like I'm not getting the battery life that should be expected out of it. Now, I know they have charging problems, which mine has exhibited which cause you to have to unplug when it from orange, blue, to white (fully charged) and I've managed to work around that and get a full charge (so I thought). I say this as if it does stop, I still unplug it and put it back on to see if it'll charge more (I'm using a Kangertech 510 USB and have tried my Emow mega charger also) and then I'll keep doing it until I'm confident it's fully charged. But, I get about 3 hrs (chain vaping admittedly) and the blue light on the button turns blue, indicating the battery is already at 60%. This is the same amount of time it took for my itaste clk (only 850 mah, so half the capacity) to show orange indicating half charge. It's the main reason I went with the VS2, larger capacity. I figured I should at least get to 6-8 hrs before the light turned blue.

Has anyone else had similar experience? Am I expecting too much? As well, when it clicks down to blue, it immediately starts producing less vapor (performing worse). Can others please chime in and let me know what your experience has been like, so I can either A - know for sure it's not normal or B - know that's what I should expect. : )

Oh, and yes it's definitely Authentic, verified through the Vision site : )

Thanks!

I am sure I get better performance than that but I have no numbers. Yes I notice a marked decrease in the quality of vape about ten pulls after the light turns blue. I charge them as soon as they go blue.

No expert but there is a power curve in regards to output depending on battery ratings, rated amp draw seams to come into play somehow. I get a very long run time out of my Efest 700mah in the Vamo and hella long times from the 3100mah. On a straight mah rating the spinners should last at least half as long...... but they don't.

I kept four in rotation back when they were my primary batteries.

Long winded and yet I have no answers :)

Ah, it's not too complicated. It just basically involves unplugging it and plugging back in if you notice it stops charging after a few mins or hr (basically not long enough to know for sure it's not fully charged which takes at least 4-5 hrs). I've managed to get past that part though and I'm pretty sure it's fully charged. I just really want to know what battery life people get out of it if they're chain vaping (or even if not) as I would expect it to make it past 3 hrs before the light turns blue indicating at most a 60% charge left.

They have put out some Vision chargers, but if I'm getting the thing to fully charge and this is just the expected life, I don't want to waste time or money getting it shipped from China as that's really the only source for them Power Supply : Vision Electronic Cigarette, Original Manufacturers.

Understood. Hope more people see this to respond.

Lol... no worries at all on being long winded (I'm the say way!) and you seemed to at least give me something to go on. You verified there is a decrease in performance once the light goes blue, so glad it's not just me. As well, you did indicate your battery life seems to be better than 3 hrs before turning blue. Does it last longer than that if you're chain vaping (I mean almost never putting it down for 3 hrs straight) or do you not vape heavily?

Thanks for your insight as well!

I only do 3 or 4 mls a day.

I have been wondering about the efficiency of the boards/ buck boosters. I have often had the lights flash when repeatedly hitting it hard long before the 8 or 10 second cut off. This very well might have something to do with the particular batteries ability to continuously put out. Would be interesting to see a graph comparing how clean the output is on various mods.

I may have mentioned this in a previous thread but I swear I got about the same run time out of my Vision 1300mah spinners.

On the Vision I had - that can be as short as 6-7 seconds. A deal breaker for me. Not enough for my double draw as I've mentioned before.

I'm not sure what my mls per day consumption is as I switch tanks pretty often. They range from 1.8 mls - 2.8 mls in size and I fill at least 1-2m of them a day, so I may be over that. I haven't had any concerns with it flashing on me if I repeatedly keep hitting it. But, from what I'm seeing in total run time, you're probably not far away in guessing that you get about the same life out of it as you did with your 1300mah spinner. I have another coming from a different vendor, so I'm going to measure it against that one and just see if it's certain batches that experience concerns.

I been using the VS II for about a month or so and had no problems with it charging. As for how long it last, a couple days for me but I use 6 other battery mods in a flavor rotation and the VSII isnt my favorite. Its too big for a shirt pocket and I put it in my pants pocket one day when I was at work and the top came off. I like the variable voltage it has but for on the go, it stays behind.
I use mine until its dead and flashing and then it takes a long time to charge, maybe 5 hours or more. It will last me maybe 2 or 3 days where the 4 ecig batts i have need charging every 24 to 36 hours. Even my Vamo needs a fresh battery everyday so in comparison I would say the spinner has a longer life, but still sucks in a shirt pocket.

Yeah, I think I'm past the problem with charging as the Kanger USB with appropriate wall plugs I'm using charge it without interruption. I'm definitely hung up on battery life now. I haven't let it get past the point of being blue to know how long it will last in total time. If someone does happen to vape consistently for 3 hrs or so, please let me know if you get the blue light flashing. I took mine to work today and when I'm at work, of course I get a lot less time to vape being inside. I started around 730 am and only vaped about 6-7 times (10-15 mins or so a piece) and like clock work at 5pm, it was giving the blue light.

Maybe the white light cycle just doesn't last long as it turned blue at 5pm and it's now 8 pm. Ive been vaping consistently and it hasn't hit yellow yet. I'm going to try running it down until I go to bed around 10-11 pm. I'd be ok with that if the performance didn't seem to drop off during the blue cycle.

Alright, its 947 pm and it hit the yellow light. That means I can't even really get a full day out of it honestly as I barely vaped at work.

I have a Vision Spinner 2 and I'm a chain vaper. Now, I don't have a meter yet, but I admit that I too have had the charging problem where it will turn green when I screw it in, making me have to unplug it and plug it in to get it to charge sometimes, but it only happens about 3 times a week. Like I said, I'm a chain vaper. And yes, I have also noticed that once it turns blue, there is a noticeable lack of performance. That's really disappointing, but it is what it is. I'm still happy with my VS2 and will continue to use it. To make things easier, I put a switch on the extension cord that I plug my chargers into, so I can just switch it off and back on again to quickly remedy the charging problem.

Also, I replaced the charger that came with my VS2. Before I replaced it, I would have to unplug and plug it back in EVERY time I went to charge it. When I bought a new USB charger and wall converter from my local vape shop Nor Cal Vapes, that's when it GREATLY reduced having to unplug it to only about 3 times a week. And I have to charge my VS2 at least twice a day being a chain vaper. I also have two other small batteries as backups. :)

Ok, now I'm getting somewhere. Lol. So my chain vaping and the drain of the battery sounds to be normal as for the amount of time it will last. I do have the occasional concern not knowing if its fully charge and I have. Few different charge setups. I have a 500 mah output charger and 420 ego USB charger, this one seems to take forever to charge, but if I unplug and replug, I think it stays green and light on the button goes out. I also have a Kanger evod USB charger and if I use that with the same wall plug, same result. Now if I switch to the emow wall plug or cell phone charger wall plug with either the Kanger USB or ego USB, it will charge, indicate green light for full charge. But, if I unplug the USB and plug it into the 500 mah wall charger, it will charge again for a little while. My cell phone wall plug is 1A and not sure on the mah output as it doesn't indicate. The emow wall plug is 0.4A, with 1000 mah output. So its all dependent on the wall charger from what I can tell.

Can you tell me what kind of charger you're using? mah output and such? Thanks for all your feedback also!
