Battery Question

A freind had a old device that uses 2x 17340 3.2v batts, or 1 18650. Is a 16340 a batt that can be used for this device?
It does a great job with my Stardust visions at 2.1-2.3 ohms. Wanting to know the batts I can use with this. Hears a pic of it. Thanx

I've seen 16340's in 3.0v, 3.2v, and 3.7v. Any one should work in it without a problem. There's also an 18350 size 3.7v that might fit since it'll take an 18650. Just find batt's that are at the voltage you want.

Now for 1 more question. Do the slide chargers charge ANY size battery?

Most won't accept anything larger than an 18650, or shorter than about a 16340 from what I've seen. Also, some don't do well with flat top cells. With those you usually need to buy a magnetic spacer and place it on the + terminal in order for it to make contact. It's always best to read the description the vendors post, although sometimes they don't list all the sizes a charger will accommodate. If you know what charger you're interested in I'd suggest you read the descriptions posted on several vendor's websites to see if they all agree.
