Battery question

I just got an eGo-T and so far I love it. I want to get some backup batteries and have a question or two.

Can I get any eGo battery? I see some eGo-T, eGo-C, a V or a twist. Does anyone know if they'll work on my charger? Also, I've seen some that have patterns (so pretty!) - I think smoketech brand. Will they also work on my charger? And finally, if I can get any battery - I should be able to use my vivi nova tank with it or any other 510 tanks I have correct?

Yes that is correct. I would suggest getting a twist because being able to adjust your voltage is pretty sweet. It allows you to really dial in your delivery device and get the most flavor/vapor. The charger and any 510 tanks will be compatible.

All eGo batteries & chargers are compatible.. and you are correct any 510 tank will fit. I've run Mini Vivi Novas on eGos a number of times. You may want to pick up an eGo sleeve or two to cover up the outer threads. example here I can't speak for them all, but the sleeves I got allow me to adjust the gap/air flow.
