Battery tightness?

This may seem like a really stupid question but how tight should I tighten my battery to the atomizer??

Ive read tighten it up, and Ive read dont over tighten? A little confused

Oh and Im starting to see why people want some sort of mod. These batteries dont last long at all on my 510. Good thing i bought a PCC!

don't over tighten or it might stick in there like the lid on a pickle jar and them you might break something trying to get it off. just tighten it until it touches then a quarter turn more should be enough. As long as the battery makes good contact to make a circuit thats all your after. Also might I recommend a 5volt passthrough from mad vapes they give you better vapor and taste and they cost the same as the regular PT $15.00. Then for a couple of bucks you can get a usb to 110 adapter for the house or a usb to 12volt for the car then you can use your passthrough wherever at 5 volts. They're great.

Just snug is all you need. Just clean the contacts once in a while to ensure that no e-juice is pooling at the connection but I wouldn't go any tighter than you would turn the tip of your baby finger.

As Shortstuff said--just snug. Let me add to this, invest in a five hundred count box of Q tips. Wipe out the battery side before you put it into the recharger. You might also wipe out the atomizer side.

Awesome thanks guys, I knew I was tightening it too much.

Great call on the q tips as I have seen juice down in the battery. Its a sealed battery so its easy to clean, but a q tip will be even easier to use!
