battery voltage

Does anyone else have this effect? I've noticed that once I hit around 3.9 volts on a battery the flavor is significantly less than with a fully charged battery.

Good thing I have 8 batteries ...

Running on dual 1.5 coils (Ithaka).

3.8 is about when I notice it, but yeah, it works like that.
