Also ordered 1 Bauway LR yesterday based on this review. I had given up on LR attys and was contemplating selling some of my 3.7V mods because I love 5V so much. Also ordered some SLB 510s previously and I didn't like them, so I got the Bauway regular atty to try also. I also got a 2.5 ohm atty from another site, just so I can try out a bunch of different attys before giving up on the 3.7.

Dont give up on 3.7V yet. I think you will like the Bauway LR's. I use them on my mini VapeStack and they are the best LR's I have tried. I have bought LR's from 2 other places. They are perfect at 1.7 - 1.8ohm. IMO the 1.5ohms are a little to low and from my experience they dont last as long as these do. I am with you about the 5V but I also love 6V and 7.4V.

Can you say more about the drip tips? I saw them on the site but still not sure on how they make the vape better.

Thanks in advance!

1) They make dripping easier. Just put the drops in, tap the side so it all goes down, and vape! I got tired of cart fillers a long time ago. They aren't very practical for HV or LR vaping anyway.

2) If I'm going somewhere it's impractical to drip or vape much I use a cartomizer at HV. Keeps the vapor and the carto cooler so I don't burn my lips. Easier than the end caps to pop off and add more liquid if needed to keep the filler wet and avoid burning.

3) They're much easier to clean - no dis-assembly required. I just slide a q-tip in, don't even have to take 'em off the atty. Of course you can also pop 'em off and rinse 'em out if you want.

4) Whether using cart fillers or dripping, regular carts have small channels where the vapor condenses, eventually leading to liquid in the mouth. Then you have to take the cart apart, clean the little parts and dry them. Not a problem with a drip tip.

5) Drip tips (I use the delrin ones) are more comfortable to use than either round, flat, or whistle tips IMO.

Any more/other opinions/reviews on the 510 1.7 - 1.8ohm. lr atties? I have tried the 1.5 and the 2.0 so far and waiting on some $ and a few more reviews on these before I try.

The 1.5's for me had were excellent but seem unreliable and die too quickly.... The 2.0's I have I stocked up on unfortunately and just seem to keep going haven't had one die yet but production appears only slightly better than a standard atty to me. These 1.7/1.8's appear to be promising.

I've been using mine since 5/13 and 10 days later still going strong. I have some LR's from another company (they claim there's to be 1.6OHM +/-0.1 ohm) not sure what they're actually running at because I haven't tested them. By comparing the two, MadVapes LR's produce better vapor, have a nicer smoother draw, plus a decent throat hit if that makes sense & don't kill flavor like the other ones do.

I'll definitely hang on to the others for backups, but I plan on buying a few more from MadVapes too (and getting an 801 LR too :))

What carts are everyone using? The 510 and 901 carts I have are too loose and don't wick properly.

Personally, I don't use carts, but that's just my preference, I drip. But I also had the loose tips thing going on. My brother gave me a brownish colored whistle tip for a 901 and it fits perfectly.

Before, I'd be vaping and pull my PV away and end up with the tip in my mouth (standard 510 round tip).

@Noobx7: I personally like these LR's they don't burn the liquid & they haven't diminshed taste. But I mix my own flavors and control how much flavor I need. I'll have to give it a try with madvapes juice and see. BRB!
