I assume the extended bottom section is for a larger battery. When using the extended bottom section, which batteries will fit?

They would fit a 14650 battery.

I think we may have made a total of 25 extended bottomsf. The 14650 is not a very common battery. We made close to 200 BB Passthru, those were sitting on the shelves for a long while. The materials to make them were a bit on the expensive side which drove the retail up. I think they were too expensive for what they did, and that is why they sat for such a long time.

Finding more and more places that sell the 14650-Mad Vapes, Avid vaper...
The extension makes it a true "big battery" mod and the 14650 will last (me) all day!
Even found IMRs!

Is it necessary? The regular BB with 14500 is awesome. With the extension it is more awesome! Who doesn't want more awesome?
Seeing as how well these are made, they are worth the price; I doubt I would ever need another unless I lost this one (GASP!) but I hope Altsmokes will have the option (options are awesome too!).
If you have a BB this extension is recommended.
