no it's not said:What you can see coming out is purely water vapour..
There are ominous words in this piece - "The Department of Health are investigating"
If they have got their teeth into this, do not expect a happy outcome.
Having said all that though we do seem to have a Government which has the combined intelligence of 2 Donkey's.![]()
lol... heavy day at the office... needed one almighty VAPE! Thanks but I'm staying clear of your stack... looks a bit analogy to me haha ;-)O/T: That a nifty avatar etab, you have permission to fly in the airspace of my stack lol
Realistically some sort of (rather high) tax and a rigorous testing/approval scheme for liquids and devices is probably the best outcome we can hope for in the UK in the long run, although unfortunately I think that it's rather likely that it will simply be banned under some shady pretext as soon as vaping becomes common enough to be seen as a real issue, but before there are enough vapers to be a force to be reckoned with.
Exactly the way I think it will go in the UK. I could live with tax, as long as it is not ridiculous and I would welcome rigorous testing.
The longer they wait to act the better, more users means more influence but we are on their radar now, it is going to be a close call.
Trouble with regulation (if indeed e-cig products are not just handed a blanket overnight ban) is we will no doubt end up with bureaucratic OVER regulation of liquids/carts. All the high nicotine products will be dismissed out of hand (on the grounds that its encouraging addiction, not helping reduce it ala NRT) and in will come the almighty let down of all cigarette imposters... basically a wimped out Silk Cut vape! I'm not totally againist regulation - a detailed breakdown of chemical composition, purity, must surely be welcomed, which TW does already, but I honestly don't see the future of e-juice being that rosey here in the UK at least.
