I absolutely love my Koopor Mini.
It has TC, it has stunning looks, it's well built and it's really cheap. If something would happen with mine, I would get another one in a hearbeat.
Plus, I really, really love the extra weight it has, compared to other single 18650 mods. The mod, plus battery, plus TFV4 full of juice, weighs in at solid 313g.
The later, obviously, can be seen as con by some.

One thing I could complain about is the firmware upgrade procedure... it requires a special tool, which they've sent out to some vendors/wholesalers. There is one company in UK currently. Then again, it's not like I want/need to update, I suppose. It does run Ni and Ti coils, which is all I really need...

There's not too many "small" dual 18650 temp control devices out there, but the good news is, the few that are out there are decent:

Cost is no object: Vaporflask SX (100w, parallel)
Size matters: Cloupor GT (80w, parallel)
More power: iJoy Asolo (200w, serial)
Honorable mention: Sigelei Fuchai (serial, 200w, still kinda large, but small for a Sigelei dual battery box)

Another vote for the D2. Though it has no step down so it can't go lower than the volts your battery is currently putting out.

If it doesn't have step down, how does it do temp control? With temp control voltages almost never go over 4v and need to stay low.

Joyetech eVic VTC Mini TC Box Mod, @ <$34.00 delivered, this is very hard to beat. Supposedly if the reviewers are right it's 75 w and it comes w/the atty, etc. as the "kit" version- not just the mod alone. I'm waiting on delivery (just ordered today) and will update after it arrives.

That's the mod-only version. You won't be getting a tank.
