Beauty ring for protank

Im not sure if its my mod or what, but for some reason the bottom of my protank and beauty ring get fairly hot when i'm using it. Does anyone know why this is?

Mine does that once in a while when I do some "extreme" vaping. So far it hasn't cause any trouble.

In the protank heads (towards the bottom of it) is a coil of resistance wire which heats up and does the actual vaporizing. The heat dissipates into the rest of the device and the air, but if you do it a bunch in a row, you'll start to noticeably warm up the surrounding metal on the device. It's supposed to happen (and happens even more noticeably on some devices than others).

Maybe try not to take more than a few drags immediately one after another without tossing in a 15-20 second break at least.

I noticed on my protank that when I use a higher ohm coil it gets a lot warmer when im vaping cause im holding my button longer to get the vaper out, while the low ohm coils I hold the button way shorter cause the vaper is way better.

I would say it's nothing to worrie about. Mine has done that from day 1 with no issues. I figure it's a BC, and stainless transfers heat FAST!
